    Jet complex torpedo protection of ships' BoA-1M "(RKPTZ-1M) is designed to defeat (leads) torpedo attack ship. The complex can also be used to attack submarines (including midget) underwater diversionary forces and means.

    Complex "Boa-1" was developed, consisting of three types of ammunition (projectile diverting, a shell-layer, deep shell) desyatistvolnoy automated launcher with servo drives guidance, fire control devices, loading and feeding devices. Subsequently, instead of deep shell and shell-minelayer designed single universal Barrage depth shell "mesophyte" acting as deep or minelayer depending on the application.
