    many years in the Argentine army used tanks, Sherman during the Second World War, formed the basis of its armored units. Major foreign tanks of this period were too heavy and expensive, so the new tank was ordered by the West German firm Thyssen Henschel. Developed drawings were transferred to Buenos Aires, and towards the end of the 70s began the production of this machine. Armor car is pretty weak compared to other main battle tanks - such as the Leopard 1 or AMX-30, but gives good protection to the extent possible.
